Dualu évolution
slab formwork secured by aluminium elements
Description
Dualu Evolution formwork offers a modern and efficient alternative for the formwork of solid slabs. Although traditional methods using wooden beams and plywood may seem economical, they often lead to limitations in terms of the volume of material tied up and the complexity of installation.
1 - FEATURES
Deko has developed the Dualu Evolution formwork system based on a lightweight aluminium structure and optimised dimensions, allowing wider spacing between props. This system, which is based on formwork elements supported by props equipped with slab heads, allows assembly on the ground in complete safety.
2 - ADVANTAGES
Lightweight structure: Aluminium reduces the weight of the elements while retaining sufficient strength.
Quality finish: The composite form-facing improves panel joints, ensuring a smooth finish on the underside of the slab.
Time and cost savings: The system allows efficient rotation for large surfaces, reducing investment costs.
Short Form Stripping Time: Form stripping can be carried out after a few days of drying, allowing the drying props to remain in place for the statutory 28-day period.
3 - AREAS OF APPLICATION
Residential Buildings: Perfect for the construction of houses and residential buildings with solid slabs.
Commercial Infrastructures: Used for floors in shopping centres, public buildings, etc.
